Refund policy

If the product(s) does not exceed your expectations, kindly write to us an email.
Then we will ask you to send the product back to us in like-new condition and in their original packaging, within 30 days from the delivery date. We will process the return by refunding the total amount of the item(s) back onto the same method of payment.

ATTENTION: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on any earrings.
